Which dress is the cutest?!?

I have a Bar Mitzvah to go to in a few weeks and I need a dress ASAP! Please tell me which is your favorite, and take all of this into consideration:
-It is a black tie affair.
-PRICE: It has to be super inexpensive!
-I would prefer it to go with silver accessories, since I already have silver shoes and jewelry.

3 is the best out of thous three, i don’t love any of them and its so hard to find a good dress in a really inexpensive price range. Maby if you tried really cheap stores like H&M you could find something? hopefully : ) TRY bluefly.com it’s all discount desiner clothing most is not marked down to much but if you go with the not so know desiners you can find some good stuff for cheep i will try to find some dresses that arent to much and post the links ☺
